Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip

INGREDIENTS

• 200 g Krinos Greek Feta PDO
• 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil or less
• 1 garlic clove, grated
• 1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
• 1 whole Krinos roasted red pepper
• Add chilly pepper flakes to desired heat preference

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients except olive oil in food processor and blend.

2. Gradually add in olive oil until consistency is similar to hummus.
