INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation
1. Peel and devein shrimps, leaving head and tail intact.
2. Place in a Pyrex baking pan.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add olive oil, tomatoes, parsley, olives, and feta cheese.
5. Preheat oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
