INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside 1/2 cup reserved
- pasta water.
- Add red peppers, cream, basil, olives and salt into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- On medium heat, add olive oil and sauce mixture. Slowly add stock to sauce and warm through. Add parmesan to sauce and mix well.
- Add in cooked pasta and combine. Use reserved pasta water to reach your preferred sauce consistency. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan.
