Chickpea Fritters


• 1 can (400gr) Palirria Greek Island Chickpeas

• 2 tbsp Krinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Chopped
• 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped

• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 cup All Purpose Flour

• Sunflower oil for frying


Place Greek Island Chickpeas into a food processor and pulse chop until a chunky mixture is formed. Place chickpea mixture into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined. Create 2-3” size patties and lightly coat with flour. Heat oil on medium-high heat. Fry the patties for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve warm with tzatziki.
