INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the cubes of beef with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil. Thread the beef and haloumi onto skewers.
- In a food processor, add all the chimichurri ingredients and process until smooth. Add water to thin out the chimichurri. Take 1/3 of sauce and place in one bowl, setting aside the remainder.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high. Cook skewers for 4-6 minutes, turning once. Using the 1/3 chimichurri sauce, baste the skewers 1 minute before removing from grill.
- Serve skewers with remaining sauce.
