Balsamic Glazed Chicken Skewers with Tzatziki


8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/4 cup Krinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Juiced
4 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Krinos Balsamic Glaze
2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Krinos Pure Greek Oregano
5-6 skewers (if using bamboo, pre-soak for at least 30 minutes before grilling)
Serve with Krinos Tzatziki


  1. Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces and set aside in a large bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic glaze, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, parsley, rosemary, and oregano. Set aside 1/4 cup of marinade.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread 4-5 pieces of chicken onto skewers.
  6. Place skewers on grill and cook for 9-10 minutes using the 1/4 cup reserved marinade to baste frequently. Flip halfway and continue to cook until the skewers reach a safe temperature zone. Baste one last time before serving. Enjoy with Krinos Tzatziki.
