INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation
1. Heat olive oil in a pot.
2. Add garlic; sauté.
3. Place well-scrubbed mussels in pot and cover for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add ouzo, parsley, tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper.
5. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Discard any unopened mussels.
7. Serve hot.
