1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add onion and sauté until golden.
3. Add meat, tomato, mint, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Fry the potatoes and olives together in a separate pan.
5. Combine potatoes and olives with the onions and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
