Greek salad — Horiatiki style
4 large tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
250 g Krinos Feta Cheese
10 Krinos Pitted Kalamata olives
4 tbsp. Krinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
Wash tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper well.
Cut tomatoes into wedges.
Peel cucumber and onion and cut into thick slices.
Cut feta cheese into thick cubes.
Place everything on a large salad platter.
Add olive oil and vinegar.
Season with salt and oregano, and then toss.
Serve with all dishes.
Accompany with wine or beer.
