Manouri is a fresh semi-soft sheep’s milk cheese made from whey drained from feta production and then enriched with cream. The result is a delicious, mild, sweet, creamy texture cheese which is a lot less salty compared to feta. Made exclusively in the Greek regions of Macedonia and Thessalia and recognized by the European Union as a P.D.O. cheese.
